What are the payment options available on your site?
We accept online bank transfers, debit card, credit card and payment via PayPal.
Yes, some of our products contain ingredients such as fish and shrimp and all our products are processed in a facility which processes nuts, seeds, dairy, wheat, fish, shrimp and other allergens. While we take steps to minimise the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg, wheat, fish, shrimp or other allergies.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping Cost will be subject to the total weight of the products purchased and will be displayed on the Cart page.
We ship across Malaysia. We do not ship internationally at the moment.
What is your return & refund policy?
We take pride in the quality of our homemade products and we assure you nothing but the best. We have also described and photographed all products as accurately as possible.
If there has been an error by Aunty Kel's whereby a wrong, damaged or spoiled product was delivered, we will provide you with a full refund on the product including all shipping costs incurred. Drop us an email within 7 days of receiving your product with your name, product number and reason for return (wrong product / damaged / spoiled). Please state the reason for your return as your email subject and do also include a picture of the product received.
We do not provide refunds for any other reason other than those stated above.
